These terms govern lessons booked with Dance at Home, operated by Èduan Naudé, based in George, Western Cape. By booking a lesson, you agree to the terms below.
Dance at Home provides private, in-home dance instruction across the following styles: East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Mambo, and Sokkie & Boogie. Lessons take place at the client's home address, within the George, Western Cape area, unless otherwise agreed.
The first lesson booked by a new client is provided free of charge. Standard lessons thereafter are billed at R400 per hour, with discounted 4-hour and 8-hour packages also available.
Lessons are scheduled via the Cal.com booking calendar on this website, or by direct arrangement via WhatsApp or phone. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to these terms for that session.
Because lessons take place in your home, please ensure there is reasonably sufficient clear floor space to dance safely, and that the area is reasonably free of hazards (loose rugs, low furniture, etc.). I am not liable for injury resulting from hazards present in the client's home that were not disclosed or reasonably foreseeable.
Dancing carries an inherent, ordinary risk of physical activity. By booking a lesson, you acknowledge this and agree to participate at your own physical risk, as you would with any form of exercise or movement-based instruction.
Each lesson is recorded on video and the recording is sent to the client afterward for personal practice and reference. Recordings are treated as strictly private to the client — they will not be used for promotional, marketing, or any public purpose without your separate, explicit consent (see our Privacy Policy for full detail).
Payment for lessons (beyond the free first lesson) is processed through Paystack. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed directly. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Lessons are open to clients of all ages and experience levels. Parents or guardians booking lessons for a minor are responsible for being present or reasonably available during the lesson, and for providing any relevant information about the minor's needs in advance.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
These terms are provided as a general guide for clients of Dance at Home and do not constitute formal legal advice.
