This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for lessons booked with Dance at Home.
Your first lesson is completely free. No payment is taken, so no refund is applicable for a free first lesson.
Refunds are issued back through Paystack, using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank and Paystack's processing times.
If a lesson is cut short due to circumstances on my side (e.g. I need to leave early due to an emergency), you'll be refunded the unused portion of that session, or credited toward your next lesson — your choice.
If a lesson is cut short at the client's request or due to circumstances on the client's side, the full session fee remains payable, as the time was reserved and travel already undertaken.
To cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, contact Èduan directly as early as possible:
Please include your name and the date/time of your booked lesson so it can be located quickly.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
